About This Product:
The most successful car manufacturer in the Australian Touring Car Championship / Supercars series, the Holden name has been an iconic part of the Australian motorsport landscape for decades, a standing which will no doubt continue well into the future despite the brand's offical retirement.
With that in mind, we're very excited to be presenting this new limited edition print series celebrating the legends of Holden Motorsport.
This edition features the iconic #1 Holden VR Commodore driven by Craig Lowndes and Greg Murphy to win the 1996 Bathurst 1000. This is one of the true iconic Holdens of this era. Featuring artwork by Chris Rathbone, this print depicts the Mobil backed Holden Racing Team Commodore absolutely steaming through the wet weather on its way to take out the win, the first Bathurst 1000 victory for both drivers.
Based in the United Kingdom, Chris Rathbone is a supremely talented illustrator whose motorsport and wider sport related artworks convey a bold, energetic style and is highly regarded internationally. He has produced amazing work for an impressive list of brands and names and we're incredibly excited to be working with him on this series.
This amazing illustrated print measures 841mm X 594mm and will be printed on 250gsm matte paper using offset print technology in an exclusive individually hand numbered limited edition.
